At Owstwick Hall in Roos, Hull, we have the perfect environment for your pet to enjoy a holiday, we stand in 150 acres of green countryside and we make every effort to ensure your pets are happy and contented at a realistic price. We are situated approx. 7 miles from Withernsea and Hedon and 5 miles from Aldbrough.
Nicola, Christine and Jill invite you and your pets to Owstwick Country Kennels, Cattery and Grooming. Est. 1995. Nicola owns and runs the business and does the majority of the dog grooming. She is a farmer’s daughter and farmer’s wife and has worked and owned animals of all kinds all her life.
Grooming and attention to each animal’s unique requirements are simply part of the service here at the kennels. Experienced, caring staff and five star treatment await your loved pets and we ensure their holiday with us is something to be enjoyed.

Viewing
We recommend you visit our premises and meet the staff to discuss your pets individual requirements and get a feel of the friendly atmosphere. Viewing is welcomed during afternoon opening hours every day or other times by appointment.
Our staff are experienced, well trained and love pets! Our aim is to care for your pets as individuals and as near as possible to being at home in a clean and safe environment. We feed cats and dogs as often or a little as you like, we can use food brought in by the owners or can provide an alternative from our large selection.
We can use your pets bedding or provide clean vet bedding and a bed for your pet.
Vaccinations
All pets must be vaccinated and certificates must be shown to staff on arrival. The booster injection is required on a yearly basis.
The kennel cough vaccine is highly recommended; this cough can be very distressing for the dogs, owners and staff and is highly contagious.
We expect owners to be responsible for the worming and flea treatment of their pets before they are brought into the kennels and cattery.
